Shipping & Delivery

As your Lotus Maternity wear is made to order, there is a possibility of a slight interim period from checkout to receiving your goods. Our local, UK manufacturers work hard to create our exclusive designs and each beautiful garment with time, precision and care. Although we will endeavour to post your item as soon as possible, you may have to wait a few days for the love and care needed for its production. We would therefore ask you to please be patient as you are soon to become the proud owner of our first ever exclusive range… besides “good things come to those who wait.”

We currently only offer delivery to the UK, please select your preferred delivery option on checkout:

    • Royal mail 1st class signed for service. Postage and packaging- £3.55
    • Royal mail 2nd class signed for service. Postage and packaging- £3.35
If your order is however, over £35, you will qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we ask that your order be signed for.

If you are wanting to purchase our goods from abroad, please contact for delivery charges to be arranged.

*Please be aware that Lotus Maternity reserves the right not to be held liable for loss of the goods once they have been released to Royal Mail.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business working days after the product is received back and verified.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

As our products are all designed with mothers in mind, at Lotus Maternity we like to make life that little bit easier by offering free returns with a no quibble guarantee. We always strive to offer not only the highest quality garments but also high quality service too!

Should you need to return your product, please notify us at or call us on 07722921660 and we will send you a pre-paid returns bag. The returns bag will already have our address provided for your convenience. Only until we confirm receipt of your item and are able to inspect the item, so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, can we issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Therefore, for your security we urge you to obtain proof of postage, which can be issued free of charge from your local Post Office for you to keep. It may also be useful to take note of the reference number in case you need to telephone.

Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business working days of our warehouse receiving your item.

Returns & Replacements

Our returns window is 14 days from when you receive your item but we do accept returns for up to 28 days if you notify us of your intention to return the item within the initial 14 days.

We are more than happy to exchange your garment for a different size. However the item must be unused and returned in its original condition complete with all tags and labels. *Please be aware that the chiffon outer tops are all one size.

All unworn garments must be free of damage, any signs of wear including creases, stretching, stains or any other visible signs of usage. Merchandise for return must be also be unwashed and free from any lotions, oils and makeup.

Only one discount can be redeemed per order per person, multiple vouchers per order are not permitted.

Discount is not redeemed against the delivery charges.

Lotus Maternity has the right to remove this offer at anytime.

Postnatal Plan Gift Cards

Postnatal Plan gift cards can be returned in exchange for a full refund, when returned within the return period. Our returns window is 14 days from when the buyer receives the gift card, but we do accept returns for up to 28 days if the buyer notifies us of their intention to return the item within the initial 14 days. Our gift cards are non-refundable after this period.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We can only grant a refund to the original buyer of the gift card, not to the person gifted it.

All gift cards must be returned in their original condition, free of writing, creases, or any other visible signs of usage.
